A lava stone staircase leads to the villa’s entrance, where the striking interplay of colors and modern, clean-lined furnishings immediately captivates.
The fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly integrated with a spacious dining area, offers the perfect setting for both elegant dinners and casual gatherings.
A stunning modern fireplace elegantly divides the kitchen from the versatile and refined living area, which features comfortable sofas, a TV space, and a breathtaking Renaissance-style ceiling.

A modern glass staircase leads to the upper level, where three individually designed double bedrooms await. Each room, meticulously furnished and thoughtfully crafted, ensures maximum comfort and a restful night’s sleep. The fourth bedroom, immersed in the spacious attic, offers a unique and intimate refuge. Accessible via a short flight of stairs, this room boasts a wooden ceiling and stone wall creating a welcoming and evocative atmosphere. In addition, the villa boasts 5 beautiful bathrooms, each equipped with large showers and spacious washbasins, designed to offer an experience of luxury and well-being.

Outdoors, the property continues to impress, featuring a stunning glass-walled veranda, complete with ample seating, directly adjacent to a large infinity saltwater pool.
It’s the perfect place to unwind in pure bliss under the Sicilian sun, with plenty of poolside seating and sunbeds at your disposal.
Surrounded by lush greenery and meticulously maintained lawns, the estate also includes a separate caretaker’s house and a private parking area, ensuring privacy, security, and convenience throughout your stay.

The staff at Select Sicily and the owner of our villa were always helpful, friendly and quick to respond. They went out of their way to recommend and book restaurants for us which made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Ferla Verde is a beautiful villa with amazing views and a lovely open plan living space. It has the advantage of feeling secluded but within easy reach of some good local restaurants. Guiseppe, who owns the villa, couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay and even brought us some local speciality breakfast pastries on the last day for our journey home!

I would highly recommend Select Sicily and Ferla Verde!

Select Sicily does not disappoint. Aldo is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We like that Select Sicily is a local Sicilian company. Not only does this provide deeper insight into the place and all it has to offer, it supports the local economy–something we believe travelers from abroad should care about

We booked our Christmas holidays through Select Sicily and we spent a truly magical week at La Martorana Terrace in the heart of Palermo. Booking was easy and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment is superb, exquisitely decorated and in a perfect location to visit the city. There is plenty to see around and no car is needed. We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice

We had a wonderful time in Casa Melograno II. It’s a sober design house, very quiet, with every comfort you need on a holiday. We enjoyed the fantastic views on the countryside. Select Sicily offered a warm welcome and excellent service!

Casa Melograno was just as described. In fact it was probably more beautiful. The outside is impeccably maintained and the views are stunning. Select Sicily were very helpful with information and provided a flexible and easy check-in/out process. I will definitely look at their selection again for my next trip
