Ferla Verde house owes its name to the enchanting private wood in which it rises. Thanks to this little forest the villa is an oasis of tranquility and coolness even on the hottest summer nights, away from the chaos of the typical holiday destinations but in a strategic position to visit western Sicily.
This beautiful house is located in a slightly elevated position in Marsala, on the coastal province of Trapani. From here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with the Egadi Islands and the salt pans of Trapani in the background. An enchanted landscape well know by kitesurfing lovers.

Inside

You can access the interior of the villa through the large French doors that make the spaces very bright and afford the view of the beautiful landscapes, even while being sit on the large and comfortable sofas.
At the entrance, a bright modern open space welcomes you. It includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with island, a dining area and the relaxation area with comfortable sofas and TV.
From the living zone, two double bedrooms with adjacent private bathrooms can be reached. One of the rooms opens to the outside terrace.
An interior contemporary design staircase leads to the lower level where there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms, all with comfortable ensuite bathrooms. The largest double bedroom has a skylight window which is not openable. The second bedroom has very pleasant french doors which open to the hallway and the terrace behind it. This solution makes the room very bright. The third bedroom has a wide window which opens to the very nice gardens of the lower floor.
Just halfway between the two levels can be found the sauna, entirely wooden and complete with massage bed.

Outside

Entering the property, a very well-kept garden with green lawns leads to the pool and to the house entrance, all surrounded by small shrubs and plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation. The tranquility given by the private grove with its natural stream is also found in the exclusive services that the villa offers: the wonderful pool area with powerful Jacuzzi and counter-current swimming function, the sauna and the small oasis of relax created by the comfortable and modern outdoor furniture between the terraces and the garden in both floors.

The rooms on the lower floor have access to the very nice terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture which allows to enjoy stunning sunsets and panoramic views over the Egadi Islands. On the secondary terrace there is a living area furnished with table and chairs for pleasant aperitifs at sunset. From the rooms of the upper level you can access the pool area and the lawn using the large French doors of the living area. The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by the lawn on which modern and comfortable furnishings lie. This villa also guarantees all the privacy you need.
